Ticket notification via e-mail II

Hello,
i use the bitnami windows 4.1.3-0 Version of OP and had the same problem with Bitnami 4.0.10-0 version of OP.

Sending email notifications for new accounts: works.
Sending test-email from Admin page: works.

But i don´t receive any notifications regarding tasks.

In a previous version i didn´t get notifications about created files/documents.
In 4.0.10-0 i got notifications about new created tasks, but none about changes in these tasks.
In 4.1.3-0 i get no notifications regarding tasks at all.
Any help?
