[Solved] Accounts temporarily locked...not unlocking

I have several accounts (I know of 3) that are locked temporarily according to the system because of failed login attempts (which were never performed BTW.) I have upgraded to 4.1.3, and they are still locked. I can log in using the built in admin account, and the accounts all report “active” as their status. I do not understand what is going on. I am using LDAP authentication, which worked fine before. Please help!

I changed my personal account, which was one of the accounts having the issue, to use Internal authentication instead of LDAP and it unlocked. However, I now cannot change it back to LDAP.
Fixed.
Apparently you have to manually re-enter the password on the LDAP page every time you make a change. Most other systems I’ve used save It in the background.
