Is there any way to reference to an other user, e.g. with @otheruser

This would be quite handy especially if some would want to mention other users to have a look on a certain task/story etc without having them explicitly to watch it.

edit: would be also sufficient marking those users automatically as watchers after mentioning them in the text.
