Prioritize Projects?

Hi. I finally got OP up and running properly. Now I want to manage 50-60 projects. I’ve added a custom field to my projects called “Priority.” Does anybody know of a plugin or something that would help me manage the priorities of my projects, such as making sure the priority number is unique, etc? Or, if you have another method for doing this, I’m all ears.
