Resource planning view

Added by Rob Arundel about 10 years ago

Hi Everyone,

I am new to using OpenProject, I am evaluating it as an alternative to our existing PM tool.
I noticed the lack of a resource management module, I can also see some forum posts saying that this feature is minimum 6 months away.

How are you currently managing your resources on projects?
We have a team of 3 project managers, 15 people and some external resources.
The same resources will be on multiple projects in parallel, I really need to see current workload and projected workload clashes, this would enable to PMs to shift the resource allocation or dates etc.

many thanks

Rob
