Problem with user accounts

Added by Kendell Welch almost 10 years ago

Hi all,

So, I have installed OP on Debian as the directions say (using the packaged installer.) Mostly, it works fine, however my account and another IT guy’s accounts cannot create work packages…we get an Internal error. However, a third IT guy’s account, and the built in admin account work fine. All are “Administrator” accounts, and I can’t find any configuration differences between them.

All accounts other than the built-in admin account were auto-created using LDAP authentication against my Domain Controller.

Has anyone seen this issue? Is there anything obvious that I may be overlooking about the accounts?

Thanks!
Kendell

Hi Kendell,

the error you are describing sounds very odd. I assume it must be somehow related to the authentication. Can you try to create a work package again and paste the output here? I’m interested in the output when a work package gets not created.

Regards,
Karsten
