Problem opening a file

Hi, I ve just finished to work with a file, I ve closed and then 5 minutes after I have tried to open it and the the program opens all in grey, nothing about the file nor the content. The size of the file remain the same (the content is still there I think but the file is blocked for some reason)
Can somebody help me with that issue?

Hello Agustin,

what do you mean by ‘working with a file’? Do you mean an attachment? Or a file in a repository?
