Copied a project to create a total of four similar projects. Realized that the budgets that are assigned to the first project did not copy over. Using the project copy feature, I noticed I could choose to select what objects I wanted to copy, such as the members and work packages.

Even after the fact, I went into the budgets for the original project, clicked on Copy, and was hoping to see options similar to copying Work Packages, that is, create the new copy assigned to a different project, but I did not see such an option.

I am certain that many other objects (besides budgets) should also have the ability to be copied. Surely someone other than me has thought of this… How far down the list is this feature until it is added?

Hello Mike,

currently only core functionality (such as work packages, forums, etc.) can be copied via the copy project features.
Plugins (such as Cost Control (which adds budgets)) are not yet supported.
At the moment, it is not planned to implement this functionality. (Currently, the work package page is improved, followed by the timeline)
However, fell free to open a feature request (user story) in the Wish List.
