I’m trying to get a demo set up and I was wondering how long I should expect it to take?

I created an account and started the demo setup but I lost my connection after around 1.5 hrs so have had to start again.
I’ve had to do it under a different organisation name as the system said it already existed, but again I’m waiting for a relatively long time (>1 hour so far) - how long should I need to wait for demo setup, or is something wrong here?
