Create table in wiki?

Hi, is there any plan to provide the possibilty to create table in the wiki (or kind of data lists like in Sharepoint or Alfresco)?

Hi, there is a plan to implement a WYSIWYG editor (which should also include the option to create tables).

At the moment you can create simple tables via textile using dashes (|) to define the cells of the table.
This is not very comfortable but it provides a basic option to create tables.

column 1, row 1 column 2, row 1
column 1, row 2 column 2, row 2

I have checked “wiki_syntax_detailed” but have not found what you mentioned.
Where should I look at to have further details about textile and dashes?

This really seems to be missing from the syntax list.
