Where should new users ask questions?

Added by Marcus Liebhardt over 8 years ago

I’m new to OpenProject and it is not clear to me, where I should post questions not answered by the user guides and FAQ.

I’m assuming here is the right place, but might be as well over at StackOverflow (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/tagged/openproject)?

Would be good to add this information to the help section on the webpage (https://www.openproject.org/help/). E.g. “If you couldn’t find an answer to your question, post it in the community forum (LINK)”.

Hi Marcus,

This is a good point, thanks for point this out.

Here is a good place to ask anything not covered by the Help section.

Best,
Maya
