How to adapt work package tooltip in TimeLine!

Hi,

I was wondering whether it is possible to adapt the tooltip (when hovering over a work package!) in the timeline view of a project, e.g. add %done to it?

Currently using a test instance from your site. OpenProject appears to be very useful and flexibel too!

Hi Gerard,

thanks for your question.
At the moment, it is not possible to configure the tooltip in the timeline via the configuration.
You can add columns to the timeline (via editing the timeline and adding entries to the field “Columns”) however, there is currently no option to add % done to it.
You can add (among other values) the status of a work package. Maybe that helps instead?

Hi Robin,

Thanks for your suggestions, which I’ll consider as an alternative to the missing option of configuring the tooltip of the timeline!

I’ll continue testing OpenProject for my needs, because the application is very robust and very configurable!
