Budget: Can parent view budgets of subprojects?

Hello,
Currently it is possible for a parent project to have a gantt view of subprojects (via “Status reportings”).
1. But is it possible for a parent project to have the (consolidated) list/view of the budgets of its subprojects?
2. Alternatively, is it possible to define/declare a budget in the parent project, and have it used in workpackages of subprojects?
Both 1 or 2 would really nice: it would make it possible to have a consolidated view (and management) of budgets in a single place (the parent project).
