Context Menu, Bulk edit

Just a short questions to OpenProject-4-users:

I use OpenProject 4.0.4 and don’t see the context menu to quickly change attributes like status or responsible as described here:
https://community.openproject.org/projects/openproject/wiki/Release_Notes_-_Work_packages#4-Responsible-can-be-assigned-via-context-menu-and-bulk-edit

Is this context menu feature meant to work with version 4 or has it only been there with version 3 and been removed for some reason?
