[improvement][backlogs] Task board, new task should inherit category and budget

Bitnami OpenProject 4.0.4-1.
Backlog plugin.

Task board of a sprint, when I add a new task to an user story, it should inherit some fields like:

- category

- budget

- responsible
- (maybe) priority
