[bug] Setting <budget> of multiple work packages doesn't work

Bitnami OpenProject 4.0.4-1.

Setting of same budget of multiple work packages (multiple selection in the work package list, then context menu Edit) doesn’t work.

It is very annoying: I prefer to add new user stories in the task board (very fast), but the I need to assigne the budget at every distinct user story in the work packages list.

Update: changed the title and content, seems related only to budget.
