[glitch] Delay when applying some configuration

Sometimes I apply some configuration, but there is no effect. I need to wait some seconds or to reapply the same configuration.

Example: create a new timeline and filter to display only “phase” work packages.
Timeline will display all types of work packages.
Edit the timeline, don’t change anything, save, filter is now applied.

Open Project Community Edition 4.0.5 over Ubuntu 14.04 server.
Windows 7 64bit, dpi 150%, firefox 34.0.5 (the latest version available).
