Bitnami 4.0.4-1, can't see work package list anymore :-(

I’m really sorry…

I’m evaluating the virtual appliance bitnami openproject 4.0.4-1 on vmware player.

I had an error message every time I created a new user, surely related to email configuration.

I create a test project and played with the backlogs, and suddenly when I click on “Work packages” on the left I have an error with the bug symbol on red background:

Unable to retrieve query from URL

Any hint?

Hello Andrea,

this sounds like a bug caused by sorting by a version and saving this as a query (see ).
The bug was fixed in OpenProject 4.0.5 but Bitnami still runs OpenProject 4.0.4.
If you sort by a different attribute (or by none at all) this should be solved.

You may want to take a look at the packager “community edition” (see different post) which already runs on OpenProject 4.0.5 (and is generally better supported since it’s directly released by OpenProject).

Thanks Robin, I’m evaluating the community edition and it seems the most stable. No problem here, for now.
