"Your browser is not supported" warning on top

Added by Tad Delude over 10 years ago

Hello,

I noticed the “Your browser is not supported” bar at the top displays on browsers which are running a modern layout engine such as Gecko. I use Waterfox (which is a 64bit verison of Firefox) and the message displays.

I would like to see either the option to disable this warning, a way for the user to close the warning which is pervasive, or a mechanism to detect the browsers layout engine instead of the browser type. (Such as is the browser a new version of Gecko, Blink, and so on.)

Thank you for all your work,
Tad

Hello Tad,

thanks for your post.
The “Your browser is not supported” notification is always displayed when another than the officially supported browsers is being used.

Feel free however to open a feature request to change this behavior in the Wish List.

Best,
Robin
