Quickbar for creating issue and assigne issue to me

Hello,

at work I work with JIRA and I’m used to create issues per one click whereupon a popup opens where I can select a project and so on.
In OpenProject I have to click on a project first, switch to work packages to click on create a work package. These are a few seconds longer to be used.

How about a quickbar to create an issue with one click? And how about a icon / link next to work packages on home page to assigne a work package to me?

thanks for your post.
You’re right: At the moment work packages can only be created from within a project.
You can speed up the creation of a work package by creating a work package directly from the toolbar in the work package list:

Feel free however to open feature requests (User Story) in the Wish List
