Problem in installing openproject

I am installing open project on system having centos 6 as operating system. But a problem is coming as it is giving error of 503 services not available. I have check a lot of solutions but not able to find a successful solution and not able to get the exact problem as firstly i think it is due to Apache but i have checked it and it is working fine. So, I request you to tell me a solution.

To better address your question: Are you using the packager installation or the manual installation of OpenProject?

Thanks for your reply and support.
I have used package - installation on fedora 20 and its install easily but now when i register a user and whether try to login as admin it giving error 422 “Invalid form authenticity token.” So not able to proceed further.Please help me to solve this prolem. I have tried alot but not succeed.
