Timeline: Missing filter assignee feature

Hello,

There is a really useful feature missing in the timeline: filtering tasks by assignee.

This is possible in editing the report, but it’s currently not really usable if a team member want to see only its tasks in the timeline.

Two solutions:
1- Add a filter option in the view (same as for the other controls)
Or
2- allow each user to edit its report and save it, only visible by him.

Hello Ben,

thanks for your post.
This is a good suggestion. Feel to free to open a feature request in the Wish List.

In the meantime, it may help to create multiple timeline reports with different assignee filters applied.
This would however still make the timeline reports visible for other users.

I’ve created a work package in the wish list.

And yes, this is what I’ve done: one report per user, visible by all (good for me as there are few members)
