GemFiles

Added by Manni Heck over 10 years ago

Hello,

i´am using openproject on ubuntu. it runs fine but i have one problem.
After i logged into ubuntu using ssh i´m in my home directory for example user@server. Now i want to start openproject with the command “bundle exec rails server” but i recieve an error message “could not locate gemfile”. Ok, i changed the directory where openproject and the GemFile is located. Now with command is runs. So now my question is, is there a way to execute openproject without changing the directory or a another question is how to start openproject after a reboot.

Thanks in advance

Regards

Hello Manni,

you may want to take a look at the following installation guide which also addresses auto-start options.

You can find the original forum message here:

Best,
Robin
