How to collapse sub-projects under Pojects button?

Added by lyron ong over 10 years ago

hi,

how to display only main projects and collapse its sub projects under the project button at the top of the screen.

for example,
if I have a project
1. Alpha
2. Beta - subproject of Alpha
3. Charlie - subproject of Charlie

it will display as follow if I click the project button.

Alpha
xx>>Beta
xxxx>>Charlie

(ignore the x, for spacing purpose)

this became very unpleasant since I have a lot of projects and subproject.
please advise on how to display only main projects or collapse subprojects

regards,

lyron

Hi lyron,

thanks for you question.
Unfortunately, there is currently no way to limit the projects which are being displayed in the projects button:
All active projects (which are not archived) to which users have access are displayed in the list.

Changing this however may be a valuable addition - especially when a lot of subprojects are being used.

Feel free to submit a feature request in the Wish List.

Best,
Robin
