Code converter not found (UTF-8) //SOLVED//

Added by William Cornett, PMP over 10 years ago

When trying to access the Repository section I get this error message"

“An error occurred when trying to access the repository: code converter not found (UTF-8)”

Anyone know what this means or how to fix it?

Thanks,
