Failed to create a package

Hi Openproject Team,

Everything was working perfectly, however, the system suddenly began to fail create a new work package

_Internal error

An error occurred on the page you were trying to access.
If you continue to experience problems please contact your OpenProject administrator for assistance.

If you are the OpenProject administrator, check your log files for details about the error.

The last thing I did was create a packet successfully. What happend?

Hi Wilfredo,

this is hard to say but it sounds like a bug.
Could you create a bug report, in the bug backlog, including:

  • Which plugins you have installed
  • When exactly the error occurred (e.g. did you change any settings right before?)
  • Which version of OpenProject you are using (recommended is the current version of the stable branch)
  • The log message when the error occurs?

You can use the guideline on how to report a bug as an additional guideline.

The problem is caused because Google mark the account as potentially abusive for some reason, too fast logins etc (each time a mail is sent).

I recommend making a validation for the system to continue operating despite not having been sent the email
