Hello,

I have hooked Gitlab CE on one server and then we migrated the Gitlab CE to another one.

The URL is changed and the hook is still working as expected.

However, there is a problem coming up where old URLs mentioned in the activities of Git commit doesn't work any more.

Is there a quick way to update the URLs mentioned in the activities of Git commit?
