text editor needs some improvements.

I think our text editor needs some improvement like:

1. The existing editor cannot specify font size, color, etc.

2. Headings do not automatically apply multi-level numbering, it's annoying when reading a very long text without knowing where am i.

3. Links cannot have their titles specified directly; they can only be specified in Markdown editing mode.

Indeed, improvements could be made to the editor. Most of the things you mentioned already have a fitting feature request. For example, request #31863 aims to add colours to the editor.

This is one of the reasons why a new editor has been introduced to the Documents module with the release of OpenProject 17. It significantly improves working with texts in OpenProject. Further development is needed before it can be used in work packages, but this is definitely under consideration. If you would like to find out more, I recommend reading this blog post:
