How would user know that the input box is expecting return key entry two times to save. It will be good to provide buttons to save, similar to description.

I tried to find existing messages in general for title input box user experience and could not navigate more than three pages before starting this message.

Please help me if you have any existing message or workpackage that talks about the user experience of the input fields.
