restrict access to the forum

How can I restrict access to the forum in OpenProject so that a specific group or role (e.g., project guest) cannot access it at all—not even to read the content?

I'm looking to set permissions so that certain users can't see or interact with the forum in any way.

Hello Łukasz,

great question! It indeed not possible to completely hide the forum in a project. You can restrict the permissions for managing forum threads for each role but not hide the entries yet.
