I start with a little self presentation, and  "why" I'm here
I'm involved in opensource since  1996.  => php.net, pear.php.net, phpmyadmin, claroline, ... Fosdem Host, and a lot of contribution in translation and community.
I speak french (I've an awful English  but I don't speak German)

I'm belgian, work for the French Speaking Television, after 20y in "Agile/scrum/safe work,  I'm now in the PMO as  Project Support Officier.
8 month ago, threr decide to switch from PMP to PM²
During 8y I was  Jira Software Admin.
Since 2y I'm co-admin of MsProject and PWA.
....
Internaly try to test  to  show how OP can be used to replace Jira and Msproject.

But  on my private time, I want to contribute by creating a project template to share outside my instance (via a github ?)  The target of the template would be "start a PM² Project  pre-filled with artefact , and task about "setup" the PM² process
