Editor breaks in WP Creation Dialog

Issue: When creating a child relation WP, the editor will break after clicking out of the editor textarea. The contents of the editor are reset, and the toolbar is non-responsive. 

I've attached a video and browser console log.

Hi Joe,

thank you for providing a video and logs which is really helpful to work on bug reports like this one.
We tried to reproduce this with a similar setup but did not "succeed" yet. However, you might saw that there has been a new patch release recently. While there were not bug fixes in there which refer to exactly the issue you mentioned, we made some progress with the modals that are used within the dialog from your video.

Does it still persists with a 15.4.1 or 15.4.2 version running on your machine?
If so, could you please raise a bug report [1] (or add a feedback here)?
