Or even give the person you shared the work package with the option to further share the package?
if you grant a user permission to edit a work package via the sharing feature [1], this person will not be able to copy or move that work package. It will only be possible to edit the shared work package.
The sharing functionality is meant to share only certain work packages of a project with people who should not have access to the project otherwise (customers etc.).
If a broader access to a project is needed because someone is more involved in it, I recommend you to consider using the classic project membership with a tailored role instead.
