Export filter or layout function

Added by Raphael Leutenegger 4 months ago

We would like to use the export function for a weekly report. Is there a way to customise the export with filters or layout. Because now I get a bunch of workin packages. and we would like to sort or have a space between the different project.

Many thanks

Hi Raphael,

when it comes to the contents of your report, it is possible to define which fields/texts you want to be included in your PDF report. The export dialog presents you differnt options on this, when you export a work package table as a report. Page breaks in work package descriptions also work there. -> [1]

Alternatively, you could also carve a highly individual report by using the wiki module. Just set up a wiki page (which you can "print" as PDF) and make use of the available macros to include information on your project, work packages tables, colleagues involved and more. There is a short guide on this available here. -> [2]
Please also check out placeholders for work package and projects values which can be used here as well. -> [3]

Best,

Alexander
