I am proposing a Team Allocation Tracker feature in OpenProject that allows managers to track and manage team allocations. This feature would include:
The ability to allocate time across projects or predefined categories like self-study, flex, PTO, and managerial tasks, even if there are no tasks in OpenProject.
Filtering options to customize the view by project, date range, users, and category.
Excel export based on these filters for easy reporting and analysis.
