Update openproject 12 to latest

Hi there! I'm trying to update my OpenProject from version 12 to the latest version according to the documentation, but whenever I attempt to update from 12.5.8 to 13 or 14, the entire layout gets messed up, and the pages look like they do in the screenshots. The same issue occurs when adding the Slack plugin. Could you please advise me on how I can update my OpenProject and maintain a normal appearance for the pages?
