Notification emails are sent to an address we do not recognize

How can we change the recipient address of notification emails sent from the system? A different address is sent as the recipient address and we want to change this address. I could not see this in the settings.

I think there is a cache file and when sending an email it sends it to the address in the cache in that file. If there is such a file, can you tell me its location?

The recipient information is correct but it is sending to a different address. If there is a cache file in the system, I can look into it if you can direct me.
