Cost and time tracking

I found this guide https://www.openproject.org/blog/synchronize-excel-openproject/ interesting and close to my question and would like to understand the options of uploading a csv-file with various cost centers and labor costs including their working times in different cost centers in OpenProject. Later on I would like to visualize the cost centers in the course of time. Is this possible to establish in OpenProject?

Anyone any idea how to get this up and running?
