Dynamic Meeting Best Practice ?

Hi Guys,
I was using Classic Meeting mostly and now I want to start using dynamic meetings. Before that i want to know whats the best way or the way dynamic meeting was created to be used. One question is how do you guys write meeting's minutes in dynamic mode. I would love if you guys share some screenshots.

Hello Nanak,

dynamic meetings works indeed a bit different than the previous meeting feature. I recommend you to just create a separate section called Minutes in your dynamic meeting. The person who writes the minutes can do so during the meeting at this section. All other attendees can add their own agenda items, link work packages etc. in separate sections.

However, there are two related feature requests which you already have seen I assume (you commented one of them):

#52973 (Allow writing protocol for each agenda item)

#53206 ([...]allow unclosed items to be moved to another (future) meeting)
