"Deprecation warning" in OpenProject 13.4.2 but still working with PostgreSQL 10

My from-apt-Deb-package OpenProject installation has been rolling from release to release since 2019.

My system looks like this:

  • Core version: OpenProject 13.4.2

  • PostgreSQL version: 10.23

It seems to be working fine, but I am getting this message in the info panel for quite some time.

Deprecation warning: Starting with OpenProject 12.0, PostgreSQL 13 is required to use OpenProject.
We have prepared upgrade guides for all installation methods. You can perform the upgrade ahead of the release at any time by following the guides

The installation as I said seems to be working, the Postgresql is supplied manually, not by OpenProject.  What implications if any exist ?  For example it says after OpenProject 12 Postgresql 13 is required, but it's working fine.
