Hi everyone! I'd like to implement a FMEA process in my company. Does anyone have experience implementing that in OpenProject?

Our workflow established that when a designer completes a task, a reviewer takes care of the review and closing of the task.

I'd like to insert a checkpoint so that the designer can apply FMEA, compiling a form (internal or external to OpenProject), or checking some checkmarks, before marking the task for review.

I imagine the process could be triggered through a custom action button in the task view, but I'm no expert and maybe there are better ways to accomplish that.

What do you suggest? Thank you! =)
