Questions Around Demo version

We created a new demo account last week but today noticed a few issues

Status

- tasks created today we can only see “Scheduled”, on tasks created last week we see all status options
- results: Drag and drop on Task board does not work, tasks have no other status than "Scheduled when we edit

Burndown
- We only see Story Points no options for Hours

Taskboard
- can’t scroll to see all the columns

Hi Jim
This issue usually occurs when the user (typically admin) is not associated with the project so all you see is the default status and the drag and drop does not work in the task board.
try going to the admin module and reviewing the projects assigned to your user.

Hello Jim,

Brendan is right the user must be a member of the project and the role of the member must allow the status transition. Check this thread about status transitions and workflow.
