Global overview of user's tasks allocation

Hello, colleagues!

I have nontrivial problem. I should get an overview of tasks allocation for users which take a parts in different projects.

Do you have an idea how to do it? It gives me an opportunity to allocate tasks more evenly for stable working flow.

Thanks in advance for your help!

UPD I'd like to organized it using kanban board.

Hi Hrachya,

this sounds like a task for the team planner which shows you who is working on what currently and can include different projects. [1]
An asignee board would also be suitable. [2] You could also try to configure a global work package view accordingly by including all desired projects and filtering by user. [3]

To get an overview of task allocation for users across different projects and ensure a balanced workload, you can organize it using a kanban board. Create separate swimlanes for each user and columns for each project or task status. This allows you to visualize tasks assigned to each user and identify any imbalances in workload distribution. Adjust task assignments accordingly to ensure a more even distribution and stable workflow.
