Work Package Email Notification not working with assignee

test email, mention notification are working, but when assign task to user notification not working, change task status not working

Hi Fouad,

the individual notifications settings might be the reason. Each user can define by themself when and for what a notification shall be sent out via e-mail. That can be adjusted via the notification settings. [1]

Additionally, if a user already read a notification within the OpenProject application, that notification is not included in the e-mail reminder. [2]
