notifications

Hello.Sorry for bothering but its important.I receive notifications about a new job in this program, but I do not receive a notification about it by email.

At the beggining it was 15 min timing,some time latter it was 1 hour and i dont receive it at all..

Hi Антон!

If you do not receive any notifications by e-mail, your personal notification settings might be the reason. You can adjust them to your own needs. Please find a detailed guide here: https://www.openproject.org/docs/user-guide/notifications/notification-settings/

I also recommend you to check out the docs on notifications to see how they work and what triggers notifications in general. For example, it makes a difference for your e-mail summary if you already have marked a notification as read while you are logged into your OpenProject account. [1]
