time not correct

I self-deployed a service using docker based on 12.5. Everything worked fine, but I found a small problem.
Create a new TASK under the project's work packages. The create time is 17.45PM. But the details of this TASK show 9:45AM.

At this time, my time zone is GMT+8:

If I select GMT+(00:00) UTC, it displays:

The database storage time is:

It seems that the creation time is stored in the database in UTC.The correct  should be select GMT+(00:00) UTC to display 9:45AM, and select (gmt+08:00) Chongqing to display 17.45PM.

Replenish:
1: For my self-deployed projects, the update time is displayed normally, only the create time is wrong.
2: The create time of this official website  general discussion seems to be abnormal. I asked the question on the PM of 9.21, but it showed that it was in the AM.

Hi Mr Hu,

Can you report the bug at https://community.openproject.org/projects/openproject/work_packages/new?type=1, I think OpenProject staff treat bug report workpackage a high level than forum post.

Thanks to Jeffs comment, I just came across this post. This bug report might be related:
https://community.openproject.org/wp/48446

(...)the user's local time is taken from the browser (i.e. the user's OS). That potentially leads to inconsistencies between the time zone configured in OpenProject and the one of the OS.
