When someone write comment or mentioned and I received email. But in that email can we put a link so user can go directly to that comment by clicking on it ?
Notification e-mails by default link to the notification center. The notification center is designed to provide an overview of all your notifications so you can decide where to start first. Once you switched from the e-mail to your notifications, you do not have to switch to your e-mails again. This aims to reduce switching between applications. You can see all comments and activities of a work package directly from the notification center. [1]
However, there is already a feature request which adresses a more detailed view and direct links to work packages within notification e-mails. Make sure to add your comment and +1 vote to specify it further: https://community.openproject.org/wp/46659
