Archived projects

Hello, 
I would like one of my colleagues to have access to archived projects without being an administrator. 
Is this possible?

Hello Eliott

I am afraid that the system administrator is the only user with this permission. You can give non-admin users permission to archive projects, but this will not allow them to see projects that have already been archived.
