I am glad that you want to try this new feature! You can use it here in the community environment with work packages for which you have the right permissions. Cloud users will get their own access with the release and on-premises users after updating their installation.
So you will be able to try it out very soon with the upcoming release. Please note, that 13.0 is still a work in progress and there might be changes – both in terms of content and release date.
