Evaluation of new and closed work packages

Added by Ma Vo almost 2 years ago

Hello,

for an analysis of our workflow, we would like to evaluate the number of new and closed work packages.
In detail, we want to check, how many work packages have been created per day, and how many have been closed per day.

New work packages are easy to filter, but we are struggling filtering the ones, which were closed.

Is it possible to filter (or extract otherwise) the number of work packages, that have changed their status, e.g. to 'closed' on a specific date or in a period of time?

Best regards,
Marcel

Hello Marcel

yes, that is possible. You can adjust your work package view with filters and groups so that you get an overview of work packages that recently changed their status. The -> User Guide includes detailed information on this.

Maybe this could already be the correct view for you:

  • Filter for
Status = is (OR) new, closed
Updated on = date or time period of your choice
  • Group by = Status

If a dashboard is what your are looking for, the project overview widgets are worth a look.

kind regards

Alexander
